Sacred Blade - Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing Sacred Blade. We handcraft each knife with care, precision and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, we have a clear refund and return policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

 



1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders

Most Sacred Blade products are custom-made, personalized, or engraved.
Because these items are created specifically for each customer, custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and not eligible for returns, except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item arrives with a defect

  • The item received is incorrect compared to the order placed

Handmade variations in color, finish, materials or minor aesthetic differences are normal and not considered defects.


 

2. Non-Custom Products

For non-custom products, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and unsharpened

  • Item must show no signs of handling, wear or alteration

  • Original packaging and all included accessories (such as sheath or certificates) must be returned

Unless the product arrived defective or incorrect, buyer is responsible for return shipping.

 


 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or video of the damage

  • Packaging photos, if available

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

 


 

4. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item, Sacred Blade will cover all shipping costs both ways and provide a replacement or refund.

 


 

5. Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved prior to being shipped back.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Once approved, the return must be shipped within 7 days.

A tracking number must be provided.

 


 

6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After 12 hours, materials may already be in production and cancellations may not be possible.

 


 

7. Returns Shipping Responsibility

Unless Sacred Blade made an error:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

  • A tracking number must be provided

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

 


 

8. Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless the error was ours

Sacred Blade reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

 


 

9. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or engraved knives

  • Used or sharpened knives

  • Clearance or “final sale” items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, sharpening errors, or improper care
