Care & Use
Cut on wood or plastic boards; skip glass, stone and ceramic, which dull the edge. Keep the blade in its sheath or on a magnetic block when not in use, and hone it regularly to keep it razor-sharp.
Knives Cleaning
Hand wash with warm water and mild soap, never in the dishwasher. Dry it right away, then wipe a thin coat of food-safe mineral oil on the blade every few weeks to protect the Damascus steel from rust.
